Leveraging Best Practices and Proven Techniques for Better Project Management

Since time is one of our most important assets, how efficiently we manage projects is vital to our job performance and overall success. Learn from the best practices in other industries who have a track record of effective project management. Model their successes to create your own efficiencies, enhance your productivity and, achieve better outcomes. One often emulated example comes from the construction management environment where they have developed tools and methodologies to improve workflow management and foster efficiencies that other industries, including legal, can leverage for great benefit.

David Long, Senior Coach for Lean Project Consulting, will lead you through this interactive session where you will:

  • Learn different types of project management approaches
  • Learn some proven tools to better manage your work that you will be able to take back to your desk and implement them immediately
  • Learn lessons from manufacturing, technology and construction management
  • Learn sources of information to continue your journey of improvement in project management

Project managers worldwide are using these concepts to improve their work and careers – You can too!
